To award posthumously a Congressional Gold Medal to Frederick Douglass in recognition of his contributions to the cause of freedom, human rights, and the abolition of slavery in the United States.

To reauthorize the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit unauthorized private paramilitary activity, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to establish a catastrophic property loss reinsurance program, and for other purposes.

To speed up the deployment of electricity transmission and clean energy, with proper input from affected communities, and for other purposes.
