To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify the duty of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide a veteran with a medical examination in connection with certain claims for disability compensation under the laws administered by the Secretary, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Labor, and the Secretary of the Treasury from finalizing a rule proposing restrictions on short-term limited duration insurance, and to amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to define such insurance.

To prohibit the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration from authorizing airport space to house undocumented migrants, and for other purposes.

To amend the Consumer Credit Protection Act to permit the refusal of credit to aliens who do not have lawful status in the United States, and for other purposes.

Urging members of the European Union and North Atlantic Treaty Organization to refuse airport access to Iranian airlines sanctioned by the United States, to encourage these members to apply sanctions against such airlines, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to make certain improvements to the processing of claims for benefits under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and the transparency of actions of Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and for other purposes.

To prohibit funding for implementation of the Equity Action Plan of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of September 22 as National Military and Veterans Suicide Awareness Day.

To provide for congressional review of actions to terminate or waive sanctions imposed with respect to Iran.

To prohibit securities investments that finance certain companies of the People’s Republic of China and to expand the Non-Specially Designated Nationals Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prohibit foreign adversaries and certain entities related to such adversaries from claiming certain tax credits relating to electric vehicles.

To reserve any amounts forfeited to the United States Government as a result of the criminal prosecution of Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera (commonly known as El Chapo), or of other felony convictions involving the transportation of controlled substances into the United States, for security measures along the Southern border, including the completion of a border wall.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for an increase in the maximum number of judges who may be appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to prohibit a State from registering an individual to vote in elections for Federal office held in the State unless the individual provides documentary proof that the individual is a citizen of the United States.
