To prohibit the United States Government from providing bailouts or other financial assistance to any State or local government that enacts any law providing reparations for slavery, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify personnel action procedures with respect to employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit investments under the Thrift Savings Plan in certain mutual funds that make investment decisions based primarily on environmental, social, or governance criteria, and for other purposes.

To establish certain remedies for certain individuals involuntarily separated from the Armed Forces solely on the basis of refusing to receive vaccinations against COVID–19.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit qualified professional asset managers from exercising voting rights associated with the ownership of securities by the Thrift Savings Fund.

To amend chapter 110 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit gender transition procedures on minors, and for other purposes.
