To amend the Robert Levinson Hostage Recovery and Hostage-Taking Accountability Act to require the Secretary of State to provide additional information to Congress regarding United States nationals detained abroad, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of Prematurity Awareness Month.

Honoring and commending the American Jewish Committee on its 118th anniversary.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the amount that can be withdrawn without penalty from individual retirement plans as first-time homebuyer distributions.

To direct the Secretary of Commerce and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to provide for collaboration between the Economic Development Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency to promote economic revitalization efforts of environmentally contaminated sites, and for other purposes.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to ensure that members of the Armed Forces and their families have access to the contraception they need in order to promote the health and readiness of all members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify authorities relating to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health Administration.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand eligibility for the refundable credit for coverage under a qualified health plan.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to enhance and reauthorize activities and programs relating to autism spectrum disorder, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of September 2024 as National Voting Rights Month.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that every person has the basic right to emergency health care, including abortion care.
