To raise awareness of the MilTax program and other tax preparation services provided by the Department of Defense.

To provide that the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration shall not issue an interim or final rule that includes an area closure in the South Atlantic for species managed under the Snapper-Grouper Fishery Management Plan until the South Atlantic Great Red Snapper Count study is complete and the data related to that study is integrated into the stock assessment.

To promote election integrity, voter confidence, and faith in elections by removing Federal impediments to, equipping States with tools for, and establishing voluntary considerations to support effective State administration of Federal elections, improving election administration in the District of Columbia, improving the effectiveness of military voting programs, enhancing election security, and protecting political speech, and for other purposes.

Condemning the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and refraining the United States from rejoining.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to establish certain photo identification requirements for voting in District of Columbia elections and to require proof of citizenship to register to vote in District of Columbia elections, and for other purposes.

Urging the House of Representatives to restore the Department of Defense’s superior warfighting principles of recruiting, assigning, training, promoting, and retaining personnel solely based on merit and ensuring such personnel maintain and display a warrior ethos and crediting Florida legislature for passing the Florida Senate Memorial SM 1382.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a credit against tax for disaster mitigation expenditures.

To clarify the inability of the President to declare national emergencies under the National Emergencies Act, major disasters or emergencies under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, and public health emergencies under the Public Health Service Act on the premise of climate change, and for other purposes.

To direct the President of the United States to designate one month each year as Fidelity Month for the purpose of rededicating our Nation to the values of faith, family, and patriotism.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to increase penalties for individuals who illegally reenter the United States after being removed, and for other purposes.

To repeal the USA PATRIOT Act and the FISA Amendments Act of 2008, and for other purposes.

To require certain flags of the United States to be made in the United States, and for other purposes.

To authorize funding for a bilateral cooperative program with Israel for the development of health technologies.

To approve and implement the Agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States regarding Trade between the United States of America and Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to enhance penalties for certain crimes committed against veterans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the threshold for requiring information reporting with respect to certain payees.

To amend title III of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the program of payments to children’s hospitals that operate graduate medical education programs, and for other purposes.

To amend part E of title IV of the Social Security Act to address or assist in resolving the shortage of appropriate foster homes for children, to develop resources to keep sibling groups together, and to provide for a system of checks and balances to ensure a child’s ongoing safety and well-being, by providing for the placement of a foster child in cottage family homes and making a child so placed eligible for foster care maintenance payments.

To modify the criteria for recognition of accrediting agencies or associations for institutions of higher education.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to require an Act of Congress for certain activities related to the issuance of a central bank digital currency, and for other purposes.
