To permit employees of the House of Representatives who are authorized to possess certain weapons in the District of Columbia to bring such weapons into House Office Buildings for secure storage, and for other purposes.

To treat Hurricane Ian as a qualified disaster for purposes of determining the tax treatment of certain disaster-related personal casualty losses.

To repeal the provisions of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 other than the provisions requiring States to conduct a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters in the State and the provisions imposing criminal penalties for fraudulent voter registration or voting activities.

To establish certain protections for a member of the Armed Forces, or a cadet or midshipman at a Federal service academy, who refuses to receive a vaccination against COVID–19.

To require certain actions relating to the United Nations Human Rights Council, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security and Secretary of State to require aliens applying for certain visas to disclose if they receive funds from the Government of the People’s Republic of China or the Chinese Communist Party, and for other purposes.

To prevent allocations of Special Drawing Rights at the International Monetary Fund for countries that are perpetrators of genocide or state sponsors of terrorism, and to prevent United States tax dollars from directly going to the Taliban or other terrorists or terrorist-harboring nations.

To impose sanctions on persons engaging in transactions in Afghanistan rare earth minerals.

To impose sanctions with respect to Kata’ib Sayyid al-Shuhada.

To direct the President, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, to develop and carry out a strategy to seek reimbursement from the People’s Republic of China of funds made available by the United States Government to address the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID–19).

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit the award of Federal funds to institutions of higher education that employ instructors funded by the Chinese Communist Party, and for other purposes.

To require the continuation in effect of export controls with respect to Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., and for other purposes.

To transfer the administration of the H–2A program from the Secretary of Labor to the Secretary of Agriculture, and for other purposes.

To address the duration of copyright, and for other purposes.

To direct Federal departments and agencies to verify eligibility for Federal benefits for individuals 95 years of age or older, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude major professional sports leagues from qualifying as tax-exempt organizations.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to eliminate the marriage penalty in the income tax rate brackets.

To prohibit the provision of Federal funds to the National Institutes of Health for the purposes of conducting biological, medical, or behavioral research involving the testing of dogs.

To amend section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 to limit the immunity of providers and users of interactive computer services under such section, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to allow individuals who are entitled to Post-9/11 educational assistance to use such assistance to repay Federal student loans.
