To direct the Attorney General to convene a national working group to study proactive strategies and needed resources for the identification and rescue of children from sexual exploitation and abuse, and for other purposes.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require the Election Assistance Commission to provide for the conduct of penetration testing as part of the testing and certification of voting systems and to provide for the establishment of an Independent Security Testing and Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Pilot Program for Election Systems.

To designate a month as African Diaspora Heritage Month.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to establish presumptions of service connection for diseases associated with firefighting.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude from gross income any interest paid on an overpayment of tax in the case of an individual or small business.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a refundable tax credit for commercial truck drivers.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to all United States nationals who voluntarily joined the Canadian and British Armed Forces and their supporting entities during World War II, in recognition of their dedicated service.
