Restricting First Use of Nuclear Weapons Act of 2025

To reform the antitrust laws to better protect competition in the American economy, to amend the Clayton Act to modify the standard for an unlawful acquisition, to deter anticompetitive exclusionary conduct that harms competition and consumers, to enhance the ability of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission to enforce the antitrust laws, and for other purposes.

To provide for the admission of the State of Washington, D.C. into the Union.

To secure the supply of drugs in the United States, and for other purposes.

Recognizing September 20, 2024, as National LGBTQ+ Veterans Day.

To reassert the constitutional authority of Congress to determine the general applicability of the criminal laws of the United States, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to the individuals who fought for or with the United States against the armed forces of Imperial Japan in the Pacific theater and the impacted Saskinax̂ people on Attu, whose lives, culture, and community were irrevocably changed from December 8, 1941, to August 15, 1945.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Jens Stoltenberg, in recognition of his contributions to the security, unity, and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Expressing the gratitude and appreciation of the Senate for the acts of heroism and valor by the members of the United States Armed Forces who participated in the June 6, 1944, amphibious landing at Normandy, France, and commending those individuals for leadership and bravery in an operation that helped bring an end to World War II.

To protect and expand nationwide access to fertility treatment, including in vitro fertilization.

To establish a student loan forgiveness plan for certain borrowers who are employed at a qualified farm or ranch.

To decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs, to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other purposes.

To support the direct care professional workforce, and for other purposes.

To amend the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to establish the Expanding Access to Local Foods Program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for a first-time homebuyer credit, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and for other purposes.

To provide requirements for the bulk auction or group sale of certain non-performing loans, and for other purposes.

To establish the Proprietary Education Interagency Oversight Committee and to facilitate the disclosure and reporting of information regarding complaints and investigations related to proprietary institutions of higher education eligible to receive Federal education assistance.

To amend the Truth in Lending Act to extend the consumer credit protections provided to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents under title 10, United States Code, to all consumers.

To provide a retroactive effective date for the promotions of senior officers of the Armed Forces whose military promotions were delayed as a result of the suspension of Senate confirmation of such promotions.
