To amend title 38, United States Code, to limit the authority of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to deny the claim of a veteran for benefits under the laws administered by such Secretary on the sole basis that such veteran failed to appear for a medical examination associated with such claim.

Disapproving of the waiver of sanctions on Iran submitted to Congress on September 11, 2023.

Designating the week of September 24 through September 30, 2023, as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week.

To prohibit elementary and secondary schools from accepting funds from or entering into contracts with the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party, and for other purposes.

To prohibit providers of email services from using filtering algorithms to flag emails from political campaigns that consumers have elected to receive as spam.

Condemning the actions of Governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham, for subverting the Second Amendment to the Constitution and depriving the citizens of New Mexico of their right to bear arms.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 and the National Labor Relations Act to clarify the standard for determining whether an individual is an employee, and for other purposes.

To ensure that a fair percentage of Federal cancer research funds are dedicated to pediatric cancer research.

To direct the Attorney General to prepare a report on the Department of Justice activities related to countering Chinese national security threats, and for other purposes.

To develop and disseminate a civic education curriculum and oral history resources regarding certain political ideologies, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to provide housing to specified aliens on any land under the administrative jurisdiction of the Federal land management agencies.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins in recognition of the bicentennial of the Erie Canal.

To require the Secretary of Defense to use, transfer, or donate all excess construction materials intended for the wall on the southwest border of the United States that are being stored by the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the patriotism and contributions of veterans service organizations, veteran advocacy groups, and volunteers.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to clarify that the prohibition on the use of Federal education funds for certain weapons does not apply to the use of such weapons for training in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to enhance provisions related to wage discrimination, and for other purposes.

To restore certain non-monetary Federal benefits to remarried surviving spouses of members of the Armed Forces who die while serving on active duty, to provide student loan deferment for dislocated military spouses, and for other purposes.

To provide for a right of action against Federal employees for violations of First Amendment rights.

To increase transparency regarding the activities, and reduce the malign influence of, the People’s Republic of China in the Inter-American Development Bank, and for other purposes.
