United States-Israel Defense Partnership Act of 2025

To provide PreCheck to certain severely injured or disabled veterans, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of October 23, 2024, as a national day of remembrance of the tragic 1983 terrorist bombing of the United States Marine Corps barracks in Beirut, Lebanon.

To address the public safety issues and environmental destruction currently impacting Federal lands along the southern border, enhance border security through the construction of navigable roads on Federal lands along the southern border, provide U.S. Customs and Border Protection access to Federal lands to improve the safety and effectiveness of enforcement activities, allow States to place temporary barriers on Federal land to secure the southern border, reduce the massive trash accumulations and environmental degradation along the southern border, reduce the cultivation of illegal cannabis on Federal lands, mitigate wildland fires caused by illegal immigration, and prohibit migrant housing on Federal lands.

To prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from entering into, extending, or renewing a contract with or awarding a grant to an entity that uses or procures light detection and ranging technology from certain foreign entities, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To amend the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to require recipients of Federal awards to collect and report data relating to subawards granted to entities outside of the United States, and for other purposes.

To provide for the expeditious delivery of defense articles and defense services for Israel and other matters.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to require the verification of the financial independence of financial services counselors providing services to members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for certain revisions to the manual of the Veterans Benefits Administration and to improve the quality of the adjudication of claims for benefits under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
