To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to improve how the Department of Veterans Affairs discloses to individuals entitled to educational assistance from the Department risks associated with using such assistance at particular educational institutions and to restore entitlement of students to such assistance who are pursuing programs of education at educational institutions that are subject to Federal or State civil enforcement action, and for other purposes.

To amend the Act of August 9, 1955, to modify the authorized purposes and term period of tribal leases, and for other purposes.

To require that social media platforms verify the age of their users, prohibit the use of algorithmic recommendation systems on individuals under age 18, require parental or guardian consent for social media users under age 18, and prohibit users who are under age 13 from accessing social media platforms.

To allow veterans to use, possess, or transport medical marijuana and to discuss the use of medical marijuana with a physician of the Department of Veterans Affairs as authorized by a State or Indian Tribe, and for other purposes.

To repeal the debt ceiling, and for other purposes.

Designating April 2023 as Preserving and Protecting Local News Month and recognizing the importance and significance of local news.

To establish a competitive grant program to support the conservation and recovery of native plant and animal species in the State of Hawaii, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act with respect to the designation of general surgery shortage areas, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to establish an air tour management plan for certain areas of Hawaii, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of International Transgender Day of Visibility.

To reform Federal Aviation Administration safety requirements for commercial air tour operators, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to ensure certain projects related to natural hazards and emergency management are eligible for funding under the Federal Aviation Administration's airport improvement program, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of the Rise Up for LGBTQI+ Youth in Schools Initiative, a call to action to communities across the country to demand equal educational opportunity, basic civil rights protections, and freedom from erasure for all students, particularly LGBTQI+ young people, in K–12 schools.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a credit for the purchase of certain new electric bicycles.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to provide for grants for State firearms dealer licensing programs, and for other purposes.

To establish duties for online service providers with respect to end user data that such providers collect and use.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to apply child labor laws to independent contractors, increase penalties for child labor law violations, and for other purposes.

To suspend the enforcement of certain civil liabilities of Federal employees and contractors during a lapse in appropriations, or during a breach of the statutory debt limit, and for other purposes.

Designating February 2023 as Hawaiian Language Month or ‘Ōlelo Hawai‘i Month.

To require transparency, accountability, and protections for consumers online.
