Designating September 2024 as National Literacy Month.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education and supporting the ideals and goals of the 25th Annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 12 through May 18, 2024.

Strongly condemning the rise of antisemitism on campuses of institutions of higher education across the United States.

Designating April 2024 as Financial Literacy Month.

To provide for the consideration of a definition of antisemitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance for the enforcement of Federal antidiscrimination laws concerning education programs or activities, and for other purposes.

Designating the week of February 10 through February 17, 2024, as National Entrepreneurship Week to recognize the importance and contributions of entrepreneurs and startups to the economic prosperity of the United States and the well-being of every community across the United States.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Career and Technical Education Month.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to include expenses for certain nonathletic supplies in the above-the-line deduction for eligible educators, and to allow such deduction to interscholastic sports administrators and coaches.

To prohibit United States voluntary contributions to the United Nations.

Designating the week of January 21 through January 27, 2024, as National School Choice Week.

To protect the right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children as a fundamental right.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide incentives for education.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand and modify employer educational assistance programs, and for other purposes.

To encourage the growth of research partnerships between historically Black colleges and universities and Federal agencies to advance development in sub-Saharan Africa.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education that authorize Anti-Semitic events on campus from participating in the student loan and grant programs under title IV of such Act.

To modify the program of grants to support high-quality charter schools.

To award a congressional gold medal to the United Negro College Fund, Inc. and the institutions that make up its membership on the occasion of its 80th year of existence.

Designating the week of October 1, 2023, through October 7, 2023, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.
