To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify authorities relating to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health Administration.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 9317 Bolsa Avenue in Westminster, California, as the Little Saigon Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Post Office.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to disregard veteran disability compensation or pension payments in determining income for purposes of the low income housing tax credit and qualified residential rental project bonds.

To require the President to seize Azerbaijani assets and create a process for Armenians displaced from Artsakh to claim such assets as compensation for lost revenue, and for other purposes.

To provide for a coordinated national research program to examine the nature, causes, consequences, and prevention of violence and unintended injury and death relating to gun ownership, use, and trafficking, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1663 East Date Place in San Bernardino, California, as the Dr. Margaret B. Hill Post Office Building.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3500 West 6th Street, Suite 103 in Los Angeles, California, as the Dosan Ahn Chang Ho Post Office.

Celebrating the principles of democracy, religious pluralism, human rights, and the rule of law shared by both the United States and India, the strong people-to-people ties between the United States and India, and the success of the Indian diaspora in the United States.

To amend the Financial Stability Act of 2010 to preserve the independent funding in the Office of Financial Research, to establish minimum staffing levels for the Financial Stability Oversight Council, to establish minimum funding levels for such staff, and for other purposes.

Commemorating the past success of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Teams and supporting the United States Olympic and Paralympic Teams in the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to establish certain duties for pharmacies to ensure provision of Food and Drug Administration-approved contraception and medication related to contraception, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of July 10th as Journeyman Lineworkers Recognition Day.

Encouraging the celebration of the month of June as LGBTQIA+ Pride Month.

Acknowledging and apologizing for the mistreatment of, and discrimination against, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals who served the United States in the uniformed services, the Foreign Service, and the Federal civil service.

To amend the Burma Unified through Rigorous Military Accountability Act of 2022 to extend the sunset, to require a determination with respect to the imposition of sanctions on certain persons of Burma, and for other purposes.

Condemning Uganda’s undemocratic human rights regression.

To revise sections 552, 1461, and 1462 of title 18, United States Code, and section 305 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1305), and for other purposes.

To improve the structure of the Federal Pell Grant program, and for other purposes.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.
