Susan E. Lukas 9/11 Servicemember Fairness Act

To strengthen and enhance the congressional power of the purse, and for other purposes.

To reduce the health risks of heat by establishing the National Integrated Heat Health Information System within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the National Integrated Heat Health Information System Interagency Committee to improve extreme heat preparedness, planning, and response, requiring a study, and establishing financial assistance programs to address heat effects, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 46164 Westlake Drive in Sterling, Virginia, as the Firefighter Trevor Brown Post Office Building.

To amend title 39, United States Code, and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to improve procedures and requirements related to election mail.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for the treatment of payments for child care and other personal use services as an authorized campaign expenditure, and for other purposes.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to ensure that voters in elections for Federal office do not wait in long lines in order to vote, and for other purposes.

To provide employees with a minimum of 2 consecutive hours of paid leave in order to vote in Federal elections.

To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to protect individuals who are lawfully registered to vote in elections for Federal office from bad faith challenges to their registration status, and for other purposes.

Reproductive Freedom for Veterans Act

To expand youth access to voting, and for other purposes.

To require the inclusion of voter registration information with certain leases and vouchers for federally assisted rental housing and mortgage applications, and for other purposes.

To establish a democracy advancement and innovation program, and for other purposes.

To modify certain notice requirements, to study certain election requirements, to clarify certain election requirements, and for other purposes.

To remove barriers to the ability of unhoused individuals to register to vote and vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to double the Pell Grant award amount, improve the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, and reduce interest rates, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.
