To repeal the Corporate Transparency Act.

To increase the maximum reward amount for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Nicolás Maduro Moros to $100,000,000, which shall be paid out by the Federal Government from all assets being withheld from Nicolás Maduro Moros, officials of the Maduro regime and their co-conspirators.

To reduce the number of student visas available to nationals of the People's Republic of China until China removes certain restrictions on United States students pursuing postsecondary educational opportunities in China and to restrict the types of postsecondary study available to Chinese nationals in the United States to include sensitive topics with potential dual-use military application.

Designating October 4, 2024, as National Energy Appreciation Day to celebrate the people who work to power the United States and the economy of the United States and to build awareness of the important role that the energy producers of the United States play in reducing poverty, strengthening national security, and improving the quality of life for people around the world.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose an excise tax on certain investments of private colleges and universities.

To prohibit the purchase of certain securities from covered entities, and for other purposes.

To advance a competitive strategy against the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide to Congress quarterly briefings on budgetary shortfalls of the Department of Veterans Affairs and to prohibit the provision of bonuses to Department of Veterans Affairs employees in Senior Executive Service positions in fiscal years with budgetary shortfalls, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the 73rd anniversary of the signing of the Mutual Defense Treaty between the United States and the Philippines and the strong bilateral security alliance between our two nations in the wake of persistent and escalating aggression by the People’s Republic of China in the South China Sea.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 with respect to foreign investments in United States agriculture, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and the Secretary of Agriculture to withdraw a final determination relating to energy efficiency standards for housing, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To prohibit the United States from collaborating with certain foreign countries of concern on fundamental research intended to support the military, intelligence, or security capabilities of the United States, to strengthen the security and integrity of the United States scientific and research enterprise, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Jens Stoltenberg, in recognition of his contributions to the security, unity, and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Expressing support for the designation of the month of June 2024 as National Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Month and June 27, 2024, as National Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Day.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign persons of the International Criminal Court engaged in any effort to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any protected person of the United States and its allies, and for other purposes.

Expressing the gratitude and appreciation of the Senate for the acts of heroism and valor by the members of the United States Armed Forces who participated in the June 6, 1944, amphibious landing at Normandy, France, and commending those individuals for leadership and bravery in an operation that helped bring an end to World War II.

To enhance United States cooperation with European countries to improve the security of Taiwan, and for other purposes.
