To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act with respect to the scope of national pollutant discharge elimination system permit discharge authorizations and the expression of effluent limitations, and for other purposes.

To amend section 404 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act relating to judicial review of a permit issued under such section, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal funding of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

To authorize the International Boundary and Water Commission to accept funds for activities relating to wastewater treatment and flood control works, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Energy to withdraw a proposed rule relating to energy conservation standards for consumer water heaters.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide that governmental pension plans may include certain firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and paramedics, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to clarify that the prohibition on the use of Federal education funds for certain weapons does not apply to the use of such weapons for training in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand and improve health savings accounts, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Federal charter for the National Education Association.

To clarify the inability of the President to declare national emergencies under the National Emergencies Act, major disasters or emergencies under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, and public health emergencies under the Public Health Service Act on the premise of climate change, and for other purposes.

To amend the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to provide for discretionary spending limits for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit picketing or parading certain buildings or residences.

To amend titles 46 and 49, United States Code, to streamline the environmental review process for major projects, and for other purposes.

To enact into law the requirements of the Executive order issued on September 22, 2020, relating to Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Orders 13985, 14035, and 14091, and for other purposes.

To revise the boundaries of a unit of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System in Topsail, North Carolina, and for other purposes.

To ensure the rights of parents are honored and protected in the Nation’s public schools.

To limit donations made pursuant to settlement agreements to which the United States is a party, and for other purposes.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to prohibit certain foreign countries from purchasing or leasing property near sensitive sites, and for other purposes.

To amend the Coastal Barrier Resources Act to create an exemption for certain shoreline borrow sites.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.
