To require senior Department of State officials to maintain security clearances and to require the Secretary of State to notify Congress when the security clearances of such officials are suspended or revoked.

Designating October 30, 2023, as a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear weapons program of the United States.

To designate Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization and impose certain sanctions on Ansarallah, and for other purposes.

To designate the Air and Marine Operations Marine Unit of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection located at 101 Km 18.5 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, as the Michel O. Maceda Marine Unit, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the week of October 30 through November 4, 2023, as National Veterans Small Business Week.
