To permanently enact certain appropriations Act restrictions on the use of funds for abortions and involuntary sterilizations, and for other purposes.

To provide that participation in the American Community Survey is voluntary.

To prohibit the use of certain American History and Civics Education program funds for curriculum, or teaching or counseling, that promotes or compels a divisive concept under the priorities noticed in the proposed rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to Proposed Priorities-American History and Civics Education.

To provide for operations of the Federal Columbia River Power System pursuant to a certain operation plan for a specified period of time, and for other purposes.

To require agencies submit zero-based budgets.

To limit funds to the United Nations and other organizations that provide any status, rights, or privileges beyond observer status to the Palestine Liberation Organization, and for other purposes.

To require electronic medical records at the Department of State for Foreign Service personnel.

To amend the Small Business Act to require that plain writing statements regarding the solicitation of subcontractors be included in certain subcontracting plans, and for other purposes.

To require a strategy to counter the role of the People's Republic of China in evasion of sanctions imposed by the United States with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To prohibit any official action to recognize or normalize relations with any Government of Syria that is led by Bashar al-Assad.

To help small businesses prepare for and combat cybersecurity threats, and for other purposes.

To require ports of entry along the northern border to remain open as many hours per day as they were open prior to the COVID–19 pandemic.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act and the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947 to deter labor slowdowns and prohibit labor organizations from blocking modernization efforts at ports of the United States, and for other purposes.
