To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for US Department of Agriculture, Rural Business—Cooperative Service, Intermediary Relending Program Fund Account for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Joint Items, Library Buildings and Grounds for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for U.S. Department of Interior, Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration, Natural Resource Damage Assessment Fund for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Executive Office of the President, National Security Council and Homeland Security Council for fiscal year 2024.

To allow the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture to use a fire retardant, chemical, or water for fire suppression, control, or prevention activities.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue a final rule relating to removing the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife, and for other purposes.

To clarify protections related to sex and sex-segregated spaces and to activities under title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to reissue regulations removing the gray wolf from the list of endangered and threatened wildlife under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to exclude from creditable wages and self-employment income wages earned for services by aliens illegally performed in the United States and self-employment income derived from a trade or business illegally conducted in the United States.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to prohibit the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from transmitting certain information to the Department of Justice for use by the national instant criminal background check system.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and certain other weapons from the definition of firearms for purposes of the National Firearms Act, and for other purposes.

To expedite certain activities related to salvage operations and reforestation activities on National Forest System lands or public lands in response to catastrophic events, and for other purposes.

To amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to prohibit the Secretary of Labor from issuing a temporary standard with respect to COVID–19 vaccination or testing, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide a means by which nonresidents of a State whose residents may carry concealed firearms may also do so in the State.
