To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to clarify that the prohibition on the use of Federal education funds for certain weapons does not apply to the use of such weapons for training in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports.

To require that information on spending associated with national emergencies be subject to the same reporting requirements as other Federal funds under the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, and for other purposes.

To prohibit certain Federal activity with respect to the promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month and the display of flags representing sexual orientation or gender identity on Federal property or grounds, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to hire armed Federal regulatory enforcement officers in certain agencies.

To nullify Public Land Order No. 7923, withdrawing certain land in San Juan County, New Mexico, from mineral entry.

To regulate human cadaveric islets for transplantation as organs.

To amend the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to exempt industrial hemp from certain requirements under the hemp production program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act to extend certain contract prepayment authority.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit investments under the Thrift Savings Plan in certain mutual funds that make investment decisions based primarily on environmental, social, or governance criteria, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand access to the Veterans Community Care Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs to include certain veterans seeking mental health or substance-use services, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of the Bureau of Land Management to withdraw a rule of the Bureau of Land Management relating to conservation and landscape health.

To enact into law the requirements of the Executive order issued on September 22, 2020, relating to Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Orders 13985, 14035, and 14091, and for other purposes.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Contribution to the African Development Bank for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper for fiscal year 2024.
