To achieve a fair, equitable, and final settlement of claims to water rights in the State of Montana for the Fort Belknap Indian Community of the Fort Belknap Reservation of Montana, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to enhance the privacy of legal gun owners, and for other purposes.

To provide for the settlement of the water rights claims of the Fort Belknap Indian Community, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to develop a strategy for telehealth furnished by the Veterans Health Administration and submit a report on end-user devices distributed by the Secretary to veterans to facilitate such telehealth.

To restore onshore energy production.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make improvements to Health Savings Accounts.

To require the Administrator to provide certain notices to property owners when undertaking remapping in geographic areas, and for other purposes.

To terminate the Electronic Health Record Modernization Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

To reform the process for admission of refugees, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the obligation or expenditure of military or security assistance to Ukraine until operational control of the United States-Mexico border is achieved, and for other purposes.

To provide that certain regulations shall have the force and effect of enacted law.

To increase reporting requirements and transparency requirements in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to modify the information technology systems of the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide for the automatic processing of claims for certain temporary disability ratings, and for other purposes.
