To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide or assist in providing a vehicle adapted for operation by disabled individuals to certain eligible persons, to pay expenses associated with the delivery of such vehicle, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of the week beginning November 11, 2024, as National Pregnancy Center Week to recognize the vital role that community-supported pregnancy centers play in saving lives and serving women and men faced with difficult pregnancy decisions.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds for direct cash assistance in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.

To prohibit grants provided under section 106 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 from being used to assist persons who are neither a national of the United States nor lawfully admitted for permanent residence, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the importation of platinum and palladium from the Russian Federation.

To prohibit Federal funds from being used to provide certain gender transition procedures to individuals in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Reaffirming the House of Representatives’s commitment to ensuring secure elections throughout the United States by recognizing that the presentation of valid photograph identification is a fundamental component of secure elections.

To amend section 7 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to permit State agencies to restrict the use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits to prevent the purchase of soft drinks, candy, ice cream, and prepared desserts (such as cakes, pies, cookies, and similar products).

Providing the sense of the House of Representatives that the attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump was an abhorrent act of cowardice that must be universally condemned and that the only appropriate place for the Nation to settle political disputes is at the ballot box on election day.

To require notification of lack of basis for the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to have transmitted certain information to the Department of Justice for use by the national instant criminal background check system.

To prevent the use of unconstitutional gun confiscation laws against veterans.

To take certain mineral interests into trust for the benefit of the Crow Tribe of Montana, and for other purposes.

To amend titles 18 and 38, United States Code, to permit the lawful carrying of firearms in properties under the jurisdiction of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to protect unborn children.
