To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify authorities relating to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health Administration.

Recognizing the month of October 2024 as Filipino American History Month and celebrating the history and culture of Filipino Americans and their immense contributions to the United States.

To ensure that irresponsible corporate executives, rather than shareholders, pay fines and penalties.
