Chip EQUIP Act

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to ensure appropriate payment of certain algorithm-based healthcare services under the Medicare program.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 28201 Franklin Parkway in Santa Clarita, California, as the "Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer Post Office Building".

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign persons responsible for violations of the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI) individuals, and for other purposes.

Restoring Food Security for American Families and Farmers Act of 2025

Water Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2025

To establish in the Department of State a Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Peoples, and for other purposes.

To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to streamline the deployment of telecommunications or broadband service facilities in the public rights-of-way and the rights-of-way of railroad carriers, and for other purposes.

To appropriate funds to ensure uninterrupted benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program and the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children.

Stop Excessive Force in Immigration Act of 2025

To provide for a period of continuing appropriations in the event of a lapse in appropriations under the normal appropriations process, to establish procedures and consequences in the event of a failure to enact appropriations, and for other purposes.

To establish a universal personal savings program, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Expressing support for the recognition of October 26, 2025, as Intersex Awareness Day, and supporting the goals and ideals of Intersex Awareness Day.

To provide that Members of Congress may not receive pay after October 1 of any fiscal year in which Congress has not approved a concurrent resolution on the budget and passed the regular appropriations bills.

Expressing concern about the growing problem of book banning and the proliferation of threats to freedom of expression in the United States.

Supporting the designation of September 30, 2025, as Impact Aid Recognition Day to recognize and celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Impact Aid program.

To reinstate all financial assistance awards terminated by the Department of Energy.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require mandatory certification for certain students and reduce stigma associated with unpaid school meal fees, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of October 1, 2025, as National Animal Rescue Day to create awareness of the importance of animal adoption, to educate on the importance of spaying and neutering animals, and to encourage animal adoptions throughout the United States.
