Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 21 through September 28, 2024, as National Estuaries Week.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to remove certain liability protections for certain biological products and other drugs if the sponsor thereof fails to disclose to the public all non-exempt data within the biological product file or drug application, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal research agencies from carrying out certain activities with certain countries, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretaries of Health and Human Services, Defense, and Veterans Affairs to end American over-dependence on Chinese pharmaceuticals by encouraging the growth of a robust domestic medicine supply chain for generic drugs, to empower the Food and Drug Administration to issue boxed warnings in the case of critical contamination, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to furnish memorial headstones and markers for eligible spouses and dependent children of veterans whose remains are unavailable, and for other purposes.

To direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to amend regulations relating to exemptions for engines and equipment for purposes of national security, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of July 14th as Collector Car Appreciation Day and recognizing that the collection and restoration of historic and classic cars is an important part of preserving the technological achievements and cultural heritage of the United States.

Recognizing the need for greater access to rural and agricultural media programming.

Impeaching Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors, culminating in his failure to protect the States from foreign invasion as is his duty under the Constitution.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to prohibit States from using in the administration of an election for Federal office proprietary voting system hardware or software which prevents the system from meeting the voluntary voting system guidelines for interoperability and auditability issued by the Election Assistance Commission under such Act, a voting system whose hardware and software components are manufactured, maintained, or serviced outside the United States, or a voting system which is connected to the internet.

To establish the National Commission on the COVID–19 Pandemic, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a tax credit for certain expenses of moving manufacturing equipment from China to the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to establish a uniform 5-year post-employment ban on all lobbying by former Members of Congress, to establish a uniform 2-year post-employment ban on all lobbying by former officers and employees of Congress, to lower the income threshold for applying such ban to former officers and employees of Congress, and for other purposes.

To provide that a former Member of Congress or former senior Congressional employee who receives compensation as a lobbyist representing a foreign principal shall not be eligible for retirement benefits or certain other Federal benefits.
