To amend the Clean Air Act with respect to the ethanol waiver for Reid Vapor Pressure under that Act, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the length of the post-employment ban on lobbying of Members, officers, or employees of Congress by former Members of Congress.

To repeal the provision of law that provides automatic pay adjustments for Members of Congress.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to expand eligibility to certain military retirees for concurrent receipt of veterans’ disability compensation and retired pay or combat-related special compensation, and for other purposes.

To enhance rulemaking requirements for the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, and for other purposes.

To ensure the rights of parents are honored and protected in the Nation’s public schools.
