To ensure that goods made using or containing cobalt refined in the People’s Republic of China do not enter the United States market under the presumption that the cobalt is extracted or processed with the use of child and forced labor in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

To require the Attorney General to conduct a review and submit a report to the Congress on grant and other assistance programs of the Department of Justice to support victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking.

To amend section 1242 of the Food Security Act of 1985 to enhance and update conservation practice standards, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to study the threat of digital location obfuscation as it relates to national security and financial technology, and for other purposes.
