HALT Fentanyl Act

To require the Secretary of Defense to develop, in cooperation with allies and partners in the Middle East, an integrated space and satellite security capability, and for other purposes.

To increase access to affordable housing, reduce regulatory barriers, increase oversight, and assist the most vulnerable.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to design and implement a foreign military officer subject matter expert exchange program.

To prohibit the enforcement of certain regulations relating to sale, donation, and transfer of Federal Government property, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to make certain spouses eligible for services under the disabled veterans’ outreach program, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of National Intelligence to declassify information relating to security threats posed by covered unmanned aircraft systems, and for other purposes.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to provide a process for a member agency of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to request the Committee initiate a unilateral review of a transaction and to require congressional notice when such request is denied, and for other purposes.

To amend the Investor Protection and Securities Reform Act of 2010 to provide grants to States for enhanced protection of senior investors and senior policyholders, and for other purposes.

To provide for the expeditious delivery of defense articles and defense services for Israel and other matters.

To provide for congressional oversight of proposed changes to arms sales to Israel.

To require a pilot program on activities under the pre-separation transition process of members of the Armed Forces for a reduction in suicide among veterans, and for other purposes.

Condemning Iran’s unprecedented drone and missile attack on Israel.

To require a report on the economic and national security risks posed by the use of artificial intelligence in the commission of financial crimes, including fraud and the dissemination of misinformation, and for other purposes.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to establish that benefits paid to a parent caring for the child of an individual who died while performing active duty as a member of the Armed Services are not subject to deductions under the retirement earnings test.

To expand the investigative authorities of the United States Secret Service, and for other purposes.

To require Federal agencies to use the Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology with respect to the use of artificial intelligence.
