To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a tax credit for small businesses to provide diaper changing stations in restrooms.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 15, 2025, as National Latino Gastronomic Cuisine Week, and celebrating the vibrant and diverse culinary traditions of Latino gastronomy.

To prohibit the disclosure of records by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of individuals for the purposes of immigration enforcement, and for other purposes.
