To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to increase price transparency of clinical diagnostic laboratory tests under the Medicare program.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to strengthen transparency requirements with respect to pharmacy benefit managers.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to codify value-based purchasing arrangements under the Medicaid program and reforms related to price reporting under such arrangements, and for other purposes.

To require the Comptroller General of the United States to submit a report on the public health mitigation messaging and guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require a group health plan or health insurance coverage offered in connection with such a plan to provide an exceptions process for any medication step therapy protocol, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for an update to a single conversion factor under the Medicare physician fee schedule that is based on the Medicare economic index.

To promote low-carbon, high-octane fuels, to protect public health, and to improve vehicle efficiency and performance, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to evaluate the extent to which the substitution of interchangeable biological products is impacted by differences between the system for determining a biological product to be interchangeable and the system for assigning therapeutic equivalence ratings to drugs, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to submit a report on the interoperability of medical devices.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide hereditary cancer genetic testing for individuals with a history of a hereditary cancer gene mutation in a blood relative or a personal or ancestral history suspicious for hereditary cancer, and to provide coverage of certain cancer screenings or preventive surgeries that would reduce the risk for individuals with a germline (inherited) mutation associated with a high risk of developing a preventable cancer.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to ensure equitable payment for, and preserve Medicare beneficiary access to, diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals under the Medicare hospital outpatient prospective payment system.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to develop a strategy for telehealth furnished by the Veterans Health Administration and submit a report on end-user devices distributed by the Secretary to veterans to facilitate such telehealth.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to the United States Army Dustoff crews of the Vietnam War, collectively, in recognition of their extraordinary heroism and life-saving actions in Vietnam.

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to apply additional payments, discounts, and other financial assistance towards the cost-sharing requirements of health insurance plans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 respecting the scoring of preventive health savings.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to furnish tailored information to expecting mothers, and for other purposes.

To eliminate the COVID–19 vaccine mandate on health care providers furnishing items and services under certain Federal health care programs.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to extend beyond the COVID–19 emergency period, with certain modifications, the Emergency Declaration Blanket Waiver relating to training and certification of nurse aides to alleviate burdens imposed on staff of skilled nursing facilities and nursing facilities.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to ensure the timely scheduling of appointments for health care at medical facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to codify patients’ rights to hospital visitation, and for other purposes.
