To amend title 18, United States Code, to repeal prohibitions relating to freedom of access to clinic entrances, and for other purposes.

To require the imposition of sanctions with respect to Chinese officials determined to be involved in the Mexican fentanyl trade, and for other purposes.

To prohibit abortions in the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction of the United States, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to establish a pilot program to provide veteran health savings accounts to allow veterans to receive primary care furnished under non-Department direct primary care service arrangements, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to clarify that the prohibition on the use of Federal education funds for certain weapons does not apply to the use of such weapons for training in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports.

To require ByteDance to divest itself of certain assets, and to require the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to review certain business relationships between ByteDance and United States businesses, and for other purposes.

To provide for a right of action against Federal employees for violations of First Amendment rights.

To ensure that residents of covered federally assisted rental housing may lawfully possess firearms, and for other purposes.

To terminate the Disinformation Governance Board of the Department of Homeland Security and to prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish any other similar Board, and for other purposes.

To require that information on spending associated with national emergencies be subject to the same reporting requirements as other Federal funds under the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Federal charter for the National Education Association.

To prohibit certain Federal activity with respect to the promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month and the display of flags representing sexual orientation or gender identity on Federal property or grounds, and for other purposes.

To protect the dignity of fetal remains, and for other purposes.

To clarify the inability of the President to declare national emergencies under the National Emergencies Act, major disasters or emergencies under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, and public health emergencies under the Public Health Service Act on the premise of climate change, and for other purposes.

To amend the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to provide for discretionary spending limits for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require, as a condition of approval under the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs, that educational institutions make available to eligible persons and veterans digital copies of official transcripts.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act to adjust the dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over certain labor disputes, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Transportation Security Administration from using the X gender designation in the TSA PreCheck advanced security program, and for other purposes.

To provide for the application of sanctions regarding Mahan Air.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.
