Condemning the actions of Governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham, for subverting the Second Amendment to the Constitution and depriving the citizens of New Mexico of their right to bear arms.

To prohibit the Secretary of Energy from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule titled Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Residential Clothes Washers.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 11 through September 17, 2023, as Patriot Week.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide payment under part A of the Medicare Program on a reasonable cost basis for anesthesia services furnished by an anesthesiologist in certain rural hospitals in the same manner as payments are provided for anesthesia services furnished by anesthesiologist assistants and certified registered nurse anesthetists in such hospitals, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Dam Safety Program Act to reauthorize that Act, and for other purposes.

To impose restrictions on the investment in Chinese companies by tax-exempt entities.

To extend the statute of limitations for fraud by individuals under the COVID–19 unemployment programs.

Recognizing the patriotism and contributions of veterans service organizations, veteran advocacy groups, and volunteers.

Condemning the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the massacre of political prisoners in 1988 and the uprisings of recent years, including the 2018, 2019, and 2022 uprisings, and calling for justice for its victims.

Honoring the efforts of the Coast Guard for excellence in maritime border security.

To ensure that residents of covered federally assisted rental housing may lawfully possess firearms, and for other purposes.

To require that a State be ineligible to receive funds under certain Federal programs unless the State has in effect a State law restricting the purchase of agricultural land by certain foreign persons, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.

To promote election integrity, voter confidence, and faith in elections by removing Federal impediments to, equipping States with tools for, and establishing voluntary considerations to support effective State administration of Federal elections, improving election administration in the District of Columbia, improving the effectiveness of military voting programs, enhancing election security, and protecting political speech, and for other purposes.

To amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to modify standards for water heaters, furnaces, boilers, and kitchen cooktops, ranges, and ovens, and for other purposes.

Celebrating the historic anniversary of the June 24, 2022, decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a child tax credit for pregnant moms with respect to their unborn children, and for other purposes.

To amend the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 to establish the ReConnect program under that Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require additional disclosures relating to gifts and contracts from foreign sources.

To designate the area between the intersections of International Drive, Northwest and Van Ness Street, Northwest and International Drive, Northwest and International Place, Northwest in Washington, District of Columbia, as Tiananmen Square Memorial Boulevard, and for other purposes.
