To amend title 18, United States Code, to permit a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer to notify chief law enforcement officers electronically, and for other purposes.

Designating November 2024 as National Homeless Children and Youth Awareness Month.

Designating December 2, 2024, as World Nuclear Energy Day.

Relating to the death of Timothy Peter Johnson, former Senator for the State of South Dakota.

Expressing support for the goals of National Adoption Day and National Adoption Month by promoting national awareness of adoption and the children awaiting families, celebrating children and families involved in adoption, and encouraging the people of the United States to secure safety, permanency, and well-being for all children.

Designating November 21, 2024, as National Rural Health Day.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to require the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation to test an emergency medical services treatment-in-place model under the Medicare program.

Designating the week beginning on October 13, 2024, as National Wildlife Refuge Week.

To require the use of prescription drug monitoring programs.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury, in coordination with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, to examine the ability of the Federal Government to respond to potential fiscal shocks, and for other purposes.

Designating October 30, 2024, as a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear weapons program of the United States.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Robert M. Gates, in recognition of his service to the United States as an intelligence professional, Secretary of Defense, and educator and leader for young people of the United States.
