To reauthorize the Venezuela Emergency Relief, Democracy Assistance, and Development Act of 2019, and for other purposes.

To consider, for purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, that officers, officials, representatives, spokespersons, and members of Hamas, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, Palestine Islamic Jihad, and ISIS, and individuals who endorse or espouse terrorist activities conducted by such organizations are engaged in terrorist activity.

To require the Secretary of State to notify Congress when the security clearances of certain senior members of the Department of State are suspended or revoked, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, and for other purposes.
