To amend the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to provide for expedited consideration of proposals for additions to, removals from, or other modifications with respect to entities on the Entity List, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit fleeing law enforcement officers enforcing immigration laws, and for other purposes.

To prohibit or require notification with respect to certain activities of United States persons involving countries of concern, and for other purposes.

To freeze certain Iranian funds involved in the 2023 hostage deal between the United States and Iran, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, and for other purposes.

To provide that sanctuary jurisdictions that provide benefits to aliens who are present in the United States without lawful status under the immigration laws are ineligible for Federal funds intended to benefit such aliens.

To establish the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource, and for other purposes.

To amend the Arms Export Control Act in support of Australia and the AUKUS partnership.

To amend the Arms Export Control Act in support of the United Kingdom and the AUKUS partnership.

Recognizing June 19, 2023, as this year’s observance of the historical significance of Juneteenth Independence Day.

To modify and extend certain authorities relating to cooperation between the United States and Israel, expand and strengthen the Abraham Accords, and for other purposes.

To conserve global bear populations by prohibiting the importation, exportation, and interstate trade of bear viscera and bear viscera products, and for other purposes.

To direct the President to submit to Congress a report on fugitives currently residing in other countries whose extradition is sought by the United States and related matters, and for other purposes.
