To require the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct, and submit to Congress a report describing the results of, a study that analyzes housing programs and services for older individuals under the Older Americans Act of 1965.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Commerce from authorizing commercial octopus aquaculture operations in the United States, the exclusive economic zone, and the waters of the United States, and for other purposes.

To establish a pilot program to address behavioral health needs among children, adolescents, and young adults, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Energy to establish a program to promote the use of artificial intelligence to support the missions of the Department of Energy, and for other purposes.

To authorize additional appropriations for fiscal year 2025 for solid waste disposal systems of the Army, with an offset.

To clarify that amounts from declinations should be deposited in the Crime Victims Fund and to temporarily provide additional deposits into the Crime Victims Fund.

To provide for the automatic acquisition of United States citizenship for certain internationally adopted individuals, and for other purposes.
