To amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to modify requirements regarding management of the United States Agency for International Development, and for other purposes.

To provide protection, support, and humanitarian assistance to Rohingya refugees and internally displaced people as well as promote accountability and a path out of genocide and crimes against humanity for Rohingya.

To direct the Secretary of State to host regular U.S.-Africa Leaders Summits, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the importance of the United States-Japan alliance and welcoming the visit of Prime Minister Kishida Fumio to the United States.

To require the imposition of sanctions with respect to any foreign person that knowingly participates in the construction, maintenance, or repair of a tunnel or bridge that connects the Russian mainland with the Crimean peninsula.

To establish or modify requirements relating to minority depository institutions, community development financial institutions, and impact banks, and for other purposes.

To create a task force within the Department of Commerce to oversee and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the tech industry.

To require a strategy for bolstering engagement and cooperation between the United States, Australia, India, and Japan and to seek to establish a Quad Intra-Parliamentary Working Group to facilitate closer cooperation on shared interests and values.

To provide for export approvals for high-performance computers to India.

Recognizing the contributions of African Americans to the musical heritage of the United States and the need for greater access to music education for African-American students and supporting the designation of June 2023 as African-American Music Appreciation Month.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require the submission by issuers of data relating to diversity, and for other purposes.

To provide for the transfer of not more than two Virginia class submarines from the inventory of the Navy to the Government of Australia on a sale basis under section 21 of the Arms Export Control Act, and for other purposes.

To authorize the imposition of sanctions with respect to any foreign person endangering the integrity or safety of the Zaporzhzhia nuclear power plant.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require issuers with a multi-class stock structure to make certain disclosures in any proxy or consent solicitation material, and for other purposes.

To enhance the consideration of human rights in arms exports.

To require the Secretary of State to submit an annual report to Congress regarding the ties between criminal gangs and political and economic elites in Haiti and impose sanctions on political and economic elites involved in such criminal activities.

To hold the People’s Republic of China accountable for the violation of United States airspace and sovereignty with its high-altitude surveillance balloon.

To grant certain authorities to the President to combat economic coercion by foreign adversaries, and for other purposes.
