To ensure European, including Ukrainian, energy security, protect, modernize, and rebuild European energy resources and infrastructure according to accepted principles of international good governance, and support European efforts to reduce the reliance of allied European countries on imported Russian energy resources, and for other purposes.

To expand and strengthen the Abraham Accords and the Negev Forum, and for other purposes.

To address the threat from the development of Iran’s ballistic missile program and the transfer or deployment of Iranian missiles and related goods and technology, including materials and equipment, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program, and for other purposes.

To require the Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Transportation, to establish a task force to develop and implement strategies to deter, prevent, and combat the theft and trafficking of catalytic converters and other automobile parts that contain precious metals targeted by thieves.

To amend the Truth in Lending Act to apply that Act to small business financing, and for other purposes.

To ensure that United States currency is treated as legal tender to be accepted as payment for purchases of goods and services at brick-and-mortar businesses throughout the United States, and for other purposes.

To increase accessible transportation for individuals with disabilities.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide special rules for purposes of determining if financial guaranty insurance companies are qualifying insurance corporations under the passive foreign investment company rules.

To amend title 23, United States Code, to provide sanctions for States using certain congestion pricing systems, to amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to require consent of affected States in carrying out value pricing pilot projects, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the cover over of certain distilled spirits taxes.

To provide compensation to certain residents of the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico, for the use of such island for military readiness, and for other purposes.

To direct the Librarian of Congress to carry out activities to support Armenian Genocide education programs, and for other purposes.

To create a safe harbor for insurers engaging in the business of insurance in connection with a cannabis-related legitimate business, and for other purposes.

To regulate firearm silencers and firearm mufflers.

To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration, to award grants for providing evidence-based caregiver skills training to family caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities or delays, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to update the payment system of the Department of Veterans Affairs to allow for electronic fund transfer of educational assistance, administered by the Secretary, to a foreign institution of higher education, and for other purposes.
