Expressing the sense of the Senate regarding the European Union’s actions to diversify from Russian energy sources.

Recognizing the week of November 3 through November 7, 2025, as National Veterans Small Business Week.

Designating October 30, 2025, as a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear weapons program of the United States.

Designating the week beginning on October 19, 2025, as Coal Week.

Condemning the brutal Hamas-led terrorist attack on the State of Israel on October 7, 2023, and supporting an outcome that ensures the forever survival of Israel, the complete denial of Hamas’s ability to reconstitute in the region, and the release of all the remaining hostages from the Gaza Strip, including two United States citizens.

Expressing support for the designation of October 5 through October 11, 2025, as National 4–H Week.

Authorizing the use of funds from the Senators' Official Personnel and Office Expense Account for security enhancements and services provided to Senators.

Condemning the assassination of Charlie Kirk and honoring his life and legacy.

To improve certain criminal provisions.

Honoring the life, achievements, and legacy of former United States Senator Christopher “Kit” Bond of Missouri.

Honoring the service and memory of Army Staff Sgt. Jose Dueñez Jr., Army Staff Sgt. Edvin F. Franco, Army Staff Sgt. Troy S. Knutson-Collins, and Army Pfc. Dante D. Taitano of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, who died during a recovery mission in support of a regularly scheduled training exercise while serving in Lithuania.

Designating the week of May 11 through May 17, 2025, as National Police Week.

To amend the Federal Crop Insurance Act to provide premium support for certain plans of insurance, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of May 4, 2025, through May 10, 2025, as National Small Business Week to celebrate the contributions of small businesses and entrepreneurs in every community in the United States.

Supporting the mission and goals of National Fentanyl Awareness Day in 2025, including increasing individual and public awareness of the impact of fake or counterfeit fentanyl pills on families and young people.

Honoring the life of the Honorable John Bennett Johnston, Jr., former Senator for the State of Louisiana.

To provide for notification to, and review by, Congress with respect to the imposition of duties.
