Billionaires Income Tax Act

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to the authority of Congress and the States to regulate contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections and to enact public financing systems for political campaigns.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish a Medically Tailored Home-Delivered Meals Program to test a payment and service delivery model under part A of Medicare to improve clinical health outcomes and reduce the rate of readmissions of certain individuals.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of September 14, 2025, as National Food is Medicine Day.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.

To facilitate efficient investments and financing of infrastructure projects and new job creation through the establishment of a National Infrastructure Bank, and for other purposes.

Honoring Juan López, a Honduran Catholic leader and human rights advocate murdered in the Tocoa municipality of the Bajo Aguán region of Honduras and commemorating one year since his assassination.

Congressional Tribute to Constance Baker Motley Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a corporate tax rate increase on companies whose ratio of compensation of the CEO or other highest paid employee to median worker compensation is more than 50 to 1, and for other purposes.

To provide individuals who performed rescue, recovery, demolition, debris cleanup, or other related services after the September 11 terrorist attacks an opportunity to adjust their status to that of lawful permanent residents, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to remove a limitation on payments for certain home or community-based services waivers under the Medicaid program.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 8 through September 12, 2025, as Malnutrition Awareness Week.

ESP, Paraprofessional, and Education Support Staff Family Leave Act

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to transition the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

To repeal the authority under the National Labor Relations Act for States to enact laws prohibiting agreements requiring membership in a labor organization as a condition of employment, and for other purposes.

Affirming the independence of the Federal Reserve System, its Chairman, and the Board of Governors.

Restore Trust in Congress Act

To repeal section 504 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 in order to permit certain persons to hold offices in labor organizations.
