To immediately resume construction of the border wall system along the international border between the United States and Mexico to secure the border, enforce the rule of law, and expend appropriated funds as mandated by Congress, and for other purposes.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the National Institutes of Health from conducting or supporting research that causes significant pain or distress to a nonhuman primate, and for other purposes.

To prohibit actions recognizing the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and for other purposes.

To increase access to agency guidance documents.

To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2025 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional gold medal to Major Thomas D. Howie, in recognition of his bravery and outstanding service during the Battle of Normandy.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To establish in U.S. Customs and Border Protection a pilot program to adopt dogs from local animal shelters to be trained as therapy dogs, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the production or distribution of digital forgeries of intimate visual depictions of identifiable individuals, and for other purposes.

To improve retrospective reviews of Federal regulations, and for other purposes.
