Restoring Food Security for American Families and Farmers Act of 2025

To amend the Public Health Service Act to ensure that medical students, medical residents, and medical faculty receive education and training in the deployment of artificial intelligence in the medical profession, and for other purposes.

To reduce greenhouse gas emissions and protect the climate.

To establish in the Department of State a Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Peoples, and for other purposes.

To restore limited, free telephone service for detainees to facilitate consultations with legal counsel and to maintain ties with their families, and for other purposes.

To appropriate funds to ensure uninterrupted benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program and the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children.

To establish a pilot program to extend eligibility for a certain work-study allowance paid by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to certain individuals who pursue programs of rehabilitation, education, or training on at least a half-time basis, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Shutdown Student Loans for Feds Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow charitable donations of food transportation vehicles and food storage equipment to receive the same tax treatment as charitable donations of food inventory in the case of donations to nonprofit organizations which provide food to communities in need.

To require the Federal financial regulators to issue guidance encouraging financial institutions to work with consumers and businesses affected by a Federal Government shutdown, and for other purposes.

Trust Through Transparency Act of 2025

To establish universal child care and early learning programs.

Expressing support for the designation of October 1, 2025, as National Animal Rescue Day to create awareness of the importance of animal adoption, to educate on the importance of spaying and neutering animals, and to encourage animal adoptions throughout the United States.

To provide expanded cooperation by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration with Taiwan, and for other purposes.
