To amend part B of title IV of the Social Security Act to require States to comply with Federal standards established under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to authorize institutions of higher education to limit the amount of a Federal loan that an enrolled student may borrow.

To allow amounts made available for the Continuum of Care program of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to complete all actions necessary for certain land to be held in restricted fee status by the Oglala Sioux Tribe and Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to give priority consideration for certain Department of Transportation grant programs to eligible projects that improve or build resiliency in the supply chain, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Attorney General to establish the National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach program, and for other purposes.

To extend the authority to collect Shasta-Trinity Marina fees through fiscal year 2029.

To modernize Federal firearms laws to account for advancements in technology and less-than-lethal weapons, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reform the low-income housing credit, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior to carry out certain activities to enhance recreational opportunities for gateway communities, to amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide for the establishment of a digital National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass, and for other purposes.
