Competitive Bidding Relief Act

Designating September 2025 as National Child Awareness Month to promote awareness of charities that benefit children as well as youth-serving organizations throughout the United States and recognizing the efforts made by those charities and organizations on behalf of children and youth as critical contributions to the future of the United States.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure campus access at public institutions of higher education for religious groups.

Authorizing the Majority Leader to move to proceed to the en bloc consideration of certain nominations.

To provide for a period of continuing appropriations in the event of a lapse in appropriations under the normal appropriations process, to establish procedures and consequences in the event of a failure to enact appropriations, and for other purposes.

Congratulating the Oklahoma City Thunder on winning the 2025 National Basketball Association Finals.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make the credit for small employer pension plan startup costs and the retirement auto-enrollment credit available to tax-exempt eligible small employers.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 201 West Oklahoma Avenue in Guthrie, Oklahoma, as the Oscar J. Upham Post Office.

Border Patrol Supervisors Retention Act

Congratulating the Oklahoma State University men’s golf team for winning the 2025 National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Men's Golf National Championship.

Condemning antisemitism and recent antisemitic attacks in the United States.

To require the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security to complete a threat assessment regarding unmanned aircraft systems at or near the international borders of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit discrimination against health care entities that do not participate in abortion, and to strengthen implementation and enforcement of Federal conscience laws.

Regulatory Accountability Act

Expressing the sense of the Senate that public servants should be commended for their dedication and continued service to the United States during Public Service Recognition Week and throughout the year.
