To amend the American History and Civics Education program under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to require hands-on civic engagement activities for teachers and students and programs that educate students about the history and principles of the Constitution of the United States, including the Bill of Rights.

Designating September 2025 as National Literacy Month.

Condemning the assassination of Charlie Kirk and honoring his life and legacy.

Authorizing the Majority Leader to move to proceed to the en bloc consideration of certain nominations.

To sunset the Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress, and for other purposes.

To provide for a period of continuing appropriations in the event of a lapse in appropriations under the normal appropriations process, to establish procedures and consequences in the event of a failure to enact appropriations, and for other purposes.

To promote fair and equal treatment by the Administrator of the Small Business Administration with respect to certain firearms industry applicants for assistance, and for other purposes.

To prohibit individuals who are not citizens of the United States from voting in elections in the District of Columbia and to repeal the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to classify aliens who have been convicted of, or who have committed, an offense for driving while intoxicated or impaired as inadmissible and deportable.

To direct the Director of the Federal Protective Service to establish guidance relating to emergency protocols for buildings, and for other purposes.

Honoring the contributions of small manufacturers of firearms to the economy, culture, and recreational heritage of the United States and recognizing August 2025 as National Shooting Sports Month.

Designating July 30, 2025, as National Whistleblower Appreciation Day.

Congratulating the Oklahoma City Thunder on winning the 2025 National Basketball Association Finals.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make the credit for small employer pension plan startup costs and the retirement auto-enrollment credit available to tax-exempt eligible small employers.

To require any State to reimburse the Federal Government for costs incurred when Federal military forces are deployed in response to civil disturbances or security threats caused by the State’s refusal to cooperate with lawful Federal immigration enforcement.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 201 West Oklahoma Avenue in Guthrie, Oklahoma, as the Oscar J. Upham Post Office.

To require the Secretary of Defense to submit a report on risks to the Global Positioning System and associated positioning, navigation, and timing services.

Border Patrol Supervisors Retention Act

To eliminate the period of limitations for certain offenses, and for other purposes.

To require a citizenship question on the decennial census, to require reporting on certain census statistics, and to modify apportionment of Representatives to be based on United States citizens instead of all individuals.
