To amend chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, to require Members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children to place certain assets into blind trusts, and for other purposes.

Designating 2024 as the Year of Democracy as a time to reflect on the contributions of the system of Government of the United States to a more free and stable world.

To amend the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to improve the Office of Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production, and for other purposes.

To amend section 249 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to render available to certain long-term residents of the United States the benefit under that section.

To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to modify the water conservation or irrigation efficiency practice waiver authority.

To extend the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000.

To provide standing authority and accountability for the Secretary of Agriculture and senior leadership of the Department of Agriculture to improve the equitable availability and distribution of services and program benefits to the people of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 to improve the Rural Energy for America Program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Research Facilities Act and the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 to address deferred maintenance at agricultural research facilities, and for other purposes.

To provide for the long-term improvement of public school facilities, and for other purposes.

Designating September 2023 as National Child Awareness Month to promote awareness of charities that benefit children and youth-serving organizations throughout the United States and recognizing the efforts made by those charities and organizations on behalf of children and youth as critical contributions to the future of the United States.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to promulgate an occupational safety and health standard to protect workers from heat-related injuries and illnesses.

Recognizing the importance of independent living for individuals with disabilities made possible by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and calling for further action to strengthen home and community living for individuals with disabilities.

To amend the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 to establish a last acre program, and for other purposes.

To expand Americans’ access to the ballot box and reduce the influence of big money in politics, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to authorize the Secretary of Education to make grants to institutions of higher education to provide free meals to low-income students through existing on-campus meal programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to continue the Presidential Advisory Council on Combating Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria, and for other purposes.
