To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to prohibit a State from removing the name of any registrant from the official list of voters eligible to vote in elections for Federal office in the State unless the State verifies, on the basis of objective and reliable evidence, that the registrant is ineligible to vote in such elections.

Expressing support for the designation of October 8, 2025, as National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Day.

To provide back pay to Federal contractors, and for other purposes.

To amend the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to permanently authorize the Every Kid Outdoors program, and for other purposes.

To direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities that have not been authorized by Congress.

POJA Act of 2025

Condemning attempts to use Federal regulatory power or litigation to suppress lawful speech, particularly speech critical of a political party or the President of the United States, and warning against the rise of authoritarianism.

To require congressional redistricting conducted by a State to be conducted in accordance with a redistricting plan developed and enacted into law by an independent redistricting commission established by the State, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Education to carry out a grant program to support the recruitment and retention of paraprofessionals in public elementary schools, secondary schools, and preschool programs, and for other purposes.

988 LGBTQ+ Youth Access Act of 2025

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to the authority of Congress and the States to regulate contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections and to enact public financing systems for political campaigns.

To guarantee that grants are made under the health profession opportunity grant program under section 2008 of the Social Security Act to grantees in each State that is not a territory, and for other purposes.

To provide low-income individuals with opportunities to enter and follow a career pathway in the health professions, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the eighth anniversary of Hurricane Maria’s destruction of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.
