To direct the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide assistance for individuals affected by exposure to Agent Orange, and for other purposes.

To establish a program to address sickle cell disease and other heritable hemoglobinopathies.

Affirming the term woke and its historical connection to Black history, Black liberation movements, and social justice.

To provide for the establishment or expansion of Food as Medicine programs, and for other purposes.

To promote a 21st century artificial intelligence workforce and to authorize the Secretary of Education to carry out a program to increase access to prekindergarten through grade 12 emerging and advanced technology education and upskill workers in the technology of the future.

Recognizing July 2024 as the 30th anniversary of the reproductive justice movement to raise awareness around the history of reproductive justice and honor the foremothers of the reproductive justice movement, build a world in which Black girls and gender expansive people, as well as all Americans marginalized by their race, class, or gender, are free from systems of reproductive oppression of their bodies, sexuality, labor, and reproduction.

To improve the health of minority individuals, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the significance of National Caribbean American Heritage Month.

Reaffirming the goals and ideals of the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development Programme of Action in Cairo, Egypt, including comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Social Work Month and World Social Work Day.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a corporate tax rate increase on companies whose ratio of compensation of the CEO or other highest paid employee to median worker compensation is more than 50 to 1, and for other purposes.

Urging action to increase equity within cannabis policy and the legal cannabis marketplace.

To provide for additional sanctions and other measures relating to Iran, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals of World AIDS Day.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to promulgate an occupational safety and health standard to protect workers from adverse air, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose an excise tax on excessively disparate wages paid to chief executive officers.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to direct the Secretary of Education to make grants to States for assistance in hiring additional school-based mental health and student service providers.

To ensure comprehensive wraparound services for families impacted by substance use disorders, and for other purposes.
