Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that it is the duty of the Federal Government to dramatically expand and strengthen the care economy.

To amend part E of title IV of the Social Security Act to require States to prohibit genital surgery on foster children with variations in sex characteristics who are under six years of age as a condition of receiving grants under such part.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 401 Main Street in Brawley, California, as the Walter Francis Ulloa Memorial Post Office Building.

To provide women with increased access to preventive and life-saving cancer screening.

To require the imposition of sanctions with respect to conflict in Sudan, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the 40th year since the 1984 Bhopal chemical disaster and helping to ensure that no other community suffers another chemical disaster, by supporting the designation of December 3 as National Chemical Disaster Awareness Day.

Supporting the goals of World AIDS Day.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize grants to provide treatment for diabetes in minority communities.

To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to treat the lease for a dwelling unit under certain federally assisted housing programs as a simultaneous application for voter registration in elections for Federal office, to designate owners of dwelling units under certain federally assisted housing programs as voter registration agencies for purposes of such Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Natural Gas Act to require that impacts to climate stability, consumer energy costs, and environmental justice be considered in a determination of whether proposed exportation of natural gas is in the public interest, and for other purposes.

Advancing racial justice and the global rights of people of African descent in the next decade.

Supporting the goals and principles of Transgender Day of Remembrance by recognizing the epidemic of violence toward transgender people and memorializing the lives lost this year.

Expressing support for the designation of Prematurity Awareness Month.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish and administer a pilot program to provide grants to support Food is Medicine programs, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Condemning the spreading of disinformation and malicious rumors that have led to threats against disaster response personnel.
