To amend title 39, United States Code, to modernize the Postal Service regulations, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand the eligibility for designation as a rural emergency hospital under the Medicare program.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to clarify and update the authority of the Food and Drug Administration to ensure national uniformity in the regulation of the marketing and labeling of companion animal pet food, and for other purposes.

To designate the outpatient clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Wyandotte County, Kansas City, Kansas, as the Captain Elwin Shopteese VA Clinic.

To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to require providers of a covered service to provide location information concerning the telecommunications device of a user of such service to an investigative or law enforcement officer or an employee or other agent of a public safety answering point in an emergency situation involving risk of death or serious physical harm or in order to respond to the user’s call for emergency services.

To amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to require providers of services and health maintenance organizations under the Medicare and Medicaid programs to provide for certain policies to be in place relating to do-not-resuscitate orders or similar physician’s orders for unemancipated minors receiving services.

To designate the Quindaro Townsite National Historic Landmark, and for other purposes.

To establish the International Children with Disabilities Protection Program within the Department of State, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to improve access to health care through expanded health savings accounts, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to require affirmative consent from the governing body of certain Indian Tribes for jurisdiction to be conferred on the State of Kansas over offenses committed on the reservations of such Indian Tribes, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to implement a minimum work requirement for able-bodied adults enrolled in State Medicaid programs.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to restore and standardize work requirements for able-bodied adults enrolled in the supplemental nutrition assistance program.
